Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS foundation Trust are working with the Kings Trust to support recruitment onto their Clerical bank!*
Programme Dates: Monday 24th to Friday 28th March 2025 (approx 9.30am til 3pm)
Our 1 week virtual programme will support your knowledge of:
- Clerical bank roles and services within LSCFT;
- Clerical skills and experiences that would be required for working on bank;
- Support with the application process;
- Support with the interview process.
Upon successful completion of the programme, and a strong application submission, we will be offering guaranteed interviews for bank posts (which match the AFC banding level) we believe you would be suited to. Please be advised these interviews DO NOT guarantee employment – to be successful at interview and offered a bank post you will need to demonstrate the necessary skills and experiences (as per the usual bank recruitment process).
Bank can offer a flexible approach to working hours – you could work full time, part time or just a couple of days a month. When on Bank you can work for the trust in a number of roles based on your current qualifications and skill set e.g:
- Medical Secretary
- Secretary
- Receptionist
- Data Entry Clerk
- Ward Clerk
- General Administrator
- Personal Assistant (PA)
