Evidence of GSCE or equivalent English and Maths - C/4 or above, or functional skills level 2 (if you don't have these grades please apply and this can be discussed as part of the interview process)

A people's person with a genuine desire for working in the health and social care sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as individually

Basic understanding of care practices and regulations

Willingness to learn and undertake training and development

Organisational skills with attention to detail.

Proactive with good interpersonal skills

Aged 18 as a minimum

Have been ordinarily resident in the UK or EEA for at least the previous three years before the start of the apprenticeship. Vacancy Details

As part of our commitment to having a high performing team, we are looking for a driven, dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join us as an Adult Care Apprentice.

This is an apprenticeship role. We will facilitate the necessary training and support to attain Level 3 or 4 qualification whilst also providing on-the-job training to become a qualified professional in the health and social care sector. Subject to performance and achievements, we may extend this to up to Level 7 qualification.

This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity for the right candidate to gain hands-on experience and receive mentorship from experienced professionals, enabling them to develop into a high performing professional in the health and social care sector whilst unlocking a rewarding path-way to a senior management or consultancy role in the long-term.
