Skills and qualifications required for this post are: - caring, hardworking, reliable with a felxible approach to work; competent in dispensing medication; supervision experience would be preferable; NVQ level 3 or equivilent would be preferable; driving licence would be advantageous

Main duties and responsibilities are : – supervising and working alongside the care staff to provide effective care and support to service users; assisting in providing person centred care in accordance with care plans, including moving and positioning, personal care and eating and drinking; assisting in enabling service users to live their chosen lifestyle including accessing the local community and participating in lifestyle activities; providing on-call support; dispensing medication.
Salary Range – £19865 – £23804
Weekly Working Pattern – 35 – 40 hours
