We are looking for people who understand the importance of working in a professional way with clients in their own homes and or the community. People who see this as a career opportunity not just a job
Resilience is required in a sector that can be physically and emotionally challenging but that can also be a delight to work in
Experience in a commercial setting is desired but not essential as full training and support will be offered to the right candidates. So if you've cared for a family member or have a kind and compassionate nature but don't have commercial experience we will be happy to hear from you
Car owner/ driver desired but not essential as the care team will tailor a rota to suit your circumstances. Most of our runs are walkable and where possible you will work near to your home address.
`Applicants should be able to follow a person-centred care plan and have the desire to improve the daily outcomes for those clients in your team
Advancement and NVQ training available up to level 5 for the right Candidates. Shorter courses also available.

Vacancy Details

We have positions available for staff in the FY post coded areas shifts are
Morning shift 8-2
Evening Shift 4-10
Morning 07.30-1.30
Evening shift 4-9.30
Combinations or single shift patterns acceptable
We offer contracted ad hoc and flexible hours
What’s required?
❆ Experience is desirable but not necessary as full training will be provided
❆ Eligibility to work in the UK is essential
❆ Willingness to complete online training sessions (or proof of in-date training certificates)
❆ Willing to apply for an enhanced DBS or have an online DBS already
❆ References for the last 5 years from past employers e.g., line managers or professional character references
The right candidates will receive:
❆ An hourly rate of £9.90 (£11.17 p/h inc holiday pay) From April 1st 2022
❆ Progression to Diploma level 2 or 3 (if eligible)
❆ Shopping Voucher scheme
❆ Supportive management and on-call team
❆ Free in House and external training
We operate a parking permit scheme in conjunction with Blackpool Council which will afford you free parking for 1 hour
