We are looking for warm and caring support workers who can provide unconditional positive regard and person centred support to adults with a range of health needs. No previous experience of working in care is required as we provide training and support throughout your career with us.

We support adults with learning disabilities in their own home in Heysham, Morecambe. Your role as a support worker would include supporting service users to access the community and support with day to day tasks at home.

As a support worker your role will involve:

• Supporting with personal care and hoisting
• Providing practical and emotional support,
• Assisting service users to participate in the local community,
• Develop and sustain warm and trusting relationships with service users,

This service is based in Heysham, Morecambe and is close to local bus routes.
