To be successful, you will need proven experience in a similar role within the healthcare sector and be able to demonstrate your knowledge of complex care needs and regulations. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills who is confident leading and motivating a team. We guarantee our Managers on-going support, CPD and career progression. You will be given every opportunity to enhance your clinical and managerial skills.

Experience:

Health and Social Care: 3 years (preferred)
Management: 2 years (preferred)

Qualifications:

NVQ Level 5 Leadership and Management (preferred)

We are looking for a confident, adaptable Registered Manager to lead our team at Ash Grove Care Home. This position is for 40 hours per week.

Ash Grove is CQC rated ‘GOOD’ across all five domains and provides a stimulating, specialist environment for residents living with varying levels of dementia.

As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the effective running of the home, placing the needs of our residents are at the heart of all decisions. You must ensure all regulations are adhered to and that the home is compliant in all the required areas. You will directly oversee the design and implementation of care plans whilst shaping strategy and recruiting, mentoring and monitoring your team.
