We’re looking for job seekers with the right values and transferable skills to support Social Care across Lancashire and South Cumbria.

Learn with us, develop new knowledge and skills and gain valuable insight into Social Care. Our pre employment programme has been designed to help you take the right steps into employment within Social Care.

We are offering you a flexible online Health and Social Care Training Programme
Upon completion you will be allocated a flexible working interview to complete for a duration of 24 hours. Successful job seekers will be offered employment, no experience necessary Roles include: Care Assistant, Housekeeping, Laundry, Catering.

English and Maths holding you back?

Lancashire Adult Learning can offer you flexible English and Maths courses. Delivered online or face to face across Lancashire at a wide range of venues.
This will help you develop skills for life, work or if you are seeking employment.

On completion of these courses you will receive a recognised accredited certificate.
