Salary: £27789.07+ £30/day on-call (rota basis)
Based in: Burnley, Lancashire.
Driver: Essential (Full, clean UK license)

About the Role
Imagine Independence is a leading charity supporting people with mental health conditions, learning disabilities, neurodiversity, and complex needs. We’re looking for a compassionate and proactive Senior Specialist Support Worker to join our East Lancashire team.
You’ll lead a team supporting individuals with diverse needs including autism, acquired brain injuries, and complex behaviours. You’ll also provide direct support with daily living and personal care, helping people live independently and meaningfully in their community.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and mentor a team of Specialist Support Workers
• Develop and review person-centred support, risk, and PBS plans
• Liaise with families and professionals
• Attend team and multi-disciplinary meetings
• Work on a rolling rota including evenings, alternate weekends, and sleep-ins
• Cover shifts and participate in the on-call rota as needed
