Salary: £23,619.53 (Full-time), Pro-rata for Part-time, plus £65 per sleep-in shift
Based in: Padiham, Lancashire
Driver: Preferred but not essential

Role Overview
We are expanding and need Specialist Support Workers to support individuals with various needs including learning disabilities, autism, complex behaviours, mental health conditions, and more. You’ll assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and community engagement.
Responsibilities
• Person-centered support: Help individuals feel connected to their community and safe in their homes.
• Daily Living Support: Support with cooking, budgeting, personal care, education, and healthcare.
• Engaging activities: Participate in drives, walks, seaside visits, music, arts and crafts, swimming, and more.
