About the Role:

* Greeting customers with a warm, friendly attitude and making them
feel right at home.
* Assisting with food service and front-of-house duties, ensuring smooth
operations and a positive experience for all.
* Maintaining food safety standards in line with HACCP guidelines to
ensure our café is always clean, safe, and compliant.
* Helping to create a welcoming environment where customers can relax,
enjoy great food, and feel cared for.
* Going above and beyond to make a positive difference in the café
experience for both customers and colleagues.

What We’re Looking For:

* Front of House Experience – You’re confident in customer-facing roles
and know how to make every guest feel special with a smile and great
service.
* HACCP Knowledge & Level 2 in Health and Hygiene – You understand
the importance of maintaining a clean and safe environment and are
familiar with food safety regulations.
* People Person – You thrive in social settings and love interacting with
customers, ensuring everyone feels welcome and valued.
* Support Background (Advantageous) – Experience in a support or care-
focused role would be a bonus, as we appreciate empathy and a
thoughtful, attentive approach to service.
* Passion for Making a Difference – You’re someone who believes in going
the extra mile to make a positive impact on others, whether it’s a
customer’s day or the atmosphere of the café.
