You might have heard about integrated foundation years as a different way to access university, but what are they and where can they lead you?
This short session will help you to begin to explore what an Integrated Foundation Year (IFY) is, and how it can lead you to the career that you want. With a primary focus on our Health and Social Care IFY at the university, we’ll explore the content of the programme, the progression from an IFY to a standard degree, and the benefits of studying on our IFY courses.
We’ll look at the funding you can access, the differences in entry requirements from standard entry courses, and the skills you’ll develop as you study.
This session will last around 30 minutes, with plenty of time for audience questions.
