The area of health and social care careers can be extremely broad, and often difficult to navigate. With over 1.4 million people currently employed in the NHS 1, and a further 1.6 million by social care services2 across the nation, the need for qualified staff and professionals is set to rise in the coming years.
But which careers require a degree? And how can you go about finding the right route for you? What’s the difference between a University-based degree and an Apprenticeship? What if I already have a degree?
We’ll discuss these questions and many more in this short 25 minute session, with plenty of time for audience questions.
