Overview of programme:

This course will introduce learners to the 5 Ways to well-being along with practical tools to enable them to incorporate each one into their daily life. The 5 ways are simple but highly effective strategies that have been researched and developed to improve mental health and well-being and trying these strategies can help you to feel more positive and better able to get the most out of life.

Target audience:

Adults currently unemployed and looking to improve their wellbeing.
