“I’m a Pharmacy Technician working in ED. I speak to patients to obtain their medication history on admission, order medication for patients so they have medication throughout their stay in hospital and work alongside a fast-paced multidisciplinary team to get the best outcome for patients. I enjoy speaking to patients to obtain their medication history as there is always a story to be told from patients, keeping me on my toes and making each day different from the next.” – Kerry
