NVQ 4/5 or equivalent experience in Health and Social Care and or in Leadership and Management.

Vacancy Details

To support an active Care Quality Commission (CQC) Registered Manager with the day to day running of the branch.

· Efficiently support and manage the Senior Care Co-Ordinator’s within the team, in the absence of the Care Manager/Registered Care Manager and to actively maintain the day-to-day running of the branch business.

· Maintain all aspects of the staff team and provide sound leadership to ensure staff are clear about their respective duties and responsibilities and have the support they need to carry out their roles safely and effectively.

· Ensure all emergency on-call issues are dealt with effectively, such as covering calls either directly or indirectly when care workers are sick or absent.
